DiAMOND on a roll tonight with the release of Cloverfield and now Charlie Wilsons War. The DVDSCR has been available for a while, and it was pretty good quality, but can’t complain about getting a DVDRip. Enjoy this great release from DiAMOND, plus chances are this won’t get nuked 
Quality: Well its a DiAMOND so we can always expect something good, plus we got pretty low quality for their usual type of release. Since this flick is 102 minutes I would expect a 2CD rip, but again they ripped it in 1CD with a resolution of 592×320 plus pretty typical audio. Also English, Spanish, and French subs are included so no need to worry about that either.
In the early 1980s, Charlie Wilson is a womanizing US congressional representative from Texas who seemed to be in the minor leagues, except for the fact that he is a member of two major foreign policy and covert-ops committees. However, prodded by his major conservative supporter, Joanne Herring, Wilson learns about the plight of the people are suffering in the brutal Soviet occupation of Afghanistan. With the help of the maverick CIA agent, Gust Avrakotos, Wilson dedicates his canny political efforts to supply the Afghan mujahideen with the weapons plus support to defeat the Soviet Union. However, Charlie Wilson eventually learns that while military victory can had, there are other consequences plus prices to that fight that are ignored to everyone’s sorrow.
