Here’s one more super cheap STV release from group FiCO on this slow day: a sci-fi thriller Chip Factor. There’s literally no info at IMDB so I will leave this post with a plot description, link to a terrible trailer and some release info. Download at your own risk.
Five desperate strangers participate in a 72-hour research study where they are implanted with ability enhancing microchips. The subjects are unaware of the chips deadly side effects as they are challenged to survive for three days trapped in a test facility. An evil group of investors led by Professor Griff (Public Enemy) watch closely with plans to sell the chip to the highest bidder packaged as “The Power Chip” (the new answer to steroids) and “The Smart Chip” (instant genius capabilities) but what they discover is that they have no control over the Chips murderous influence, and in the end it will be a battle of life-and-death between mind and machine.
