TERRA is sort of a strange group. First of all, all they ever rip is discovery shows. Secondly they include no information about the release statistics in their NFO files, which is annoying and doesn’t give them any more respect. The rip quality is perfect although they did not include subs for the French language segments. In the Arctic, the icepack shrinks every year. To study environmental changes in the Canadian Arctic, researchers have a new floating laboratory - a converted ice breaker. Certain animal and plant species are currently under threat; others are invading or thriving as they never did before. But climate change has also produced opportunities, such as the Arctic’s vast oil and gas reserves, and a possible North-West passage trade route. So what does the warming up of the Arctic mean for the region and the world ? The program finds out.
