Get Smarts Bruce And Lloyd: Out Of Control is a action/comedy genre movie. This version is released by Particle, directed by Gil Junger and written by Tom J. Astle & Matt Ember. This movie is very funny 
What you need to know is, Bruce (Masi Oka) and Lloyd (Nate Torrence) are the two tech guys that work at Control. They essentially play a version of Q from the James Bond movies. 
PLOT:
This spin-off from 2008’s GET SMART, starring Steve Carrell, explores the comic adventures of the secret agent’s two technological wizards, Bruce and Lloyd. Expect plenty of pratfalls, explosions, and gadgets in this release that was produced to hit video stores just days after the parent film screened in theaters.
