This is the second last episode of HK S04. The first ten minutes get the viewer up to date with the current and past situations; those who know what’s going on can skip that. The two finalists, Christina and Petrozza get to design their own dining room, plus restraunt menu for their challenge. Next week the winner will be announced. The two finalists are prepared to be judged by chef Ramsey’s executive chefs from around the world, as they visit Gordon Ramsey’s New York restaurant to create their signature dishes. Back in Los Angeles, they will be challenged to design plus run their own restaurant.
