I don’t usually watch every ice road truckers episode, because I find it to be a little slow-going. However the plot outline for Man Down deems itself worthy and I shall check it out.

Man Down: Bear plus Eric are left in charge of carrying a pair of important pieces across the ice highway, a boiler and a flare stack into Langley, an area which has had polar bears spotted in the area. The truckers need to be aware of this danger since arctic polar bears have been known to kill humans. Rick threatens to quit as pressure mounts due to a 5-day-long trip in which he has been scheduled for. Alex is med-evaced to Yellowknife medical facilities as his health worsens, leaving his fate unknown.
