Group DoMiNO released two STV dvdrip today and Johnson Family Dinner is supposedly a better title of these two movies. This drama is nowhere to entertaining though and it’s not even listed at IMDB. The footage is fairly short so this 1 CD release comes with an above-standard quality: high video bitrate and 2 channel AC3 stereo.
An African-American family connects for a Sunday dinner that exposes both the deep bonds and the profound rifts between its members in this heartwarming drama. The Johnson gathering includes Momma and Dad, their children and grandchildren. Oldest daughter Alex and her husband, Sam, are still reeling from the failure of their restaurant, while sister Lisa is looking for love. Meanwhile, younger brothers Robert and Mike have problems of their own.
