I finally managed to stay up long enough to post about the pre of Law and Order SVU tonigh, and holy crap was this a good episode tonight. Lake was caught in a shootout with two police officers, than he refuses to answer any questions about what happened, and he escapes. Warning, the following contains spoilers! ADA Novak has also gotten into some trouble and is facing a possible 1 year suspension, Fin files for relocation, and Lake tries to serve justice to a man who walked from crime (I don’t want to spell out what happened).
Lake is made the prime suspect after opening a cold case and being shot at by the detective who had originally worked up the case, which left him dead and Lake in a hospital. Later, Lake flees from the hospital and takes the only witness as a hostage.
