The original British Life on Mars was amazing, I personally don’t have high expectations for this remake. MEDiEVAL has been pretty busy with the screeners lately and now brings us this preair screener of Life on Mars US.
Based on the hit UK series, Life on Mars tells the story of a 21st century detective who, after being involved in a car accident, finds himself in the 1970s. There is not much more information available about this US remake, as far as I’m aware all the character names are the same but I don’t know if the storyline beyond the premise of the show will be the same. The actor who plays Det. Gene Hunt looks similar to Det. Gene Hunt from the original series but that is the only thing I’ve noticed which is similar.
