Surprisingly little information out there about this release, a new 2 CD Deluxe Edition to Lifehouse’s 2007 release Who We Are.  The new edition contains a bonus CD that includes live plus acoustic performances of some of the band’s biggest hits.  Even if you’re not familiar with Lifehouse through their chart toppers like “Hangin’ By a Moment” plus “You plus Me”, you should be familiar with their songs being featured in TV shows such as Smallville, Grey’s Anatomy, One Tree Hill, Medium, Criminal Minds, and the Hills.  Make sure you check this out if you’re into melodic rock.

Lifehouse is an all American rock bplus. They came to prominence in 2001 with the hit single “Hanging by a Moment” from their debut major label album, No Name Face. The single won a Billboard Music Award for Hot 100 Single of the Year, beating out Janet Jackson plus Alicia Keys for the #1 Single of 2001. In 2002, they released their follow up album Stanley Climbfall. The band’s third album, self-titled Lifehouse, was released in 2005. The band released their fourth studio album, Who We Are, on June 19, 2007. The band consists of Jason Wade, Rick Woolstenhulme Jr. plus Bryce Soderberg, and an additional guitarist (currently Ben Carey) while on tour.
