As expected, popular ETH0 group released proper version of Win XP Pro with Service Pack 3 integrated. Don’t let “Student Edition” tag in the name fool you. Under the hood it’s same version as Corporate Edition, but this “Student” doesn’t require any WGA cracks, activations or whatever. Best part is that this copy will be recognized as legit one (Genuine) - means that (future) updates (from Windows Update) will work fine. So, download, burn, install - and after all enjoy! 
P.S. In download links I’ve provided torrent for “Corporate Edition” too, just in case if you want it.
