DOMiNO provides us with this releases of “Noise”, plus explains in the nfo that there were two movies released with this title in 2007, so that we don’t get mixed up. There aren’t many opinions about this movie to go by, with only 49 votes on IMDB and 6 reviews on RT (all fresh, btw), but the casting is the one thing that’s promising. Tim Robbins (who kind of looks like Garth from Wayne’s World in this picture) plus William Hurt are two actors with impressive CV.
