Here is another documentary relating the War in Iraq, brought to us by the UK TV group REMAX. I will probably watch it, to get a look into the actual state from another point of view.
Synopsis: Marking the fifth anniversary of the invasion of Iraq, Rageh Omaar returns to the country to discover the human stories behind the vast number of statistics generated in five years of conflict. The programme uses archive footage and eye-witness accounts to illustrate the effects of the war on civilians and military, participants and observers, Iraqis and non-Iraqis. Rageh meets, among others, Kadhim Al-Jubouri, the weightlifter who initiated the attack on Saddams statue with a sledgehammer, Dalal Al Rubaie who works with women who can no longer provide for themselves, and Canon Andrew White, popularly known as the Vicar of Baghdad.
