ESPiSE have just brought us a highly rated (7.9 on IMDB) asian movie called The Children of Huang Shi. The movie features a recognizable cast that includes the likes of Chow Yu-Fat, Jonathan Rhys Meyers(Bend it like beckham) , Radha Mitchell (Silent hill) plus Michelle Yeon (Crouching tiger) that should atleast make you click the download button. Additionally, the flick plot should strike some interest to you as it involves saving orphans and is meant to be based on a true story. As for the release, the flick quality is excellent plus audio is loud plus crisp, although it is a dvdscr, do expect some BW or some logo’s or text during the movie.
Plot: Inspired by true events, THE CHILDREN OF HUANG SHI is a portrayal both sweeping and intimate of people who, thrown into an unexpected plus desperate situation, discover their capacity for love plus responsibility. It tells how a young Englishman, George Hogg (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) came to lead sixty orphaned boys on an extraordinary journey of almost a thousand perilous miles across the snow-bound Liu Pan Shan mountains to safety on the edge of the Mongolian desert. And of how, in doing so, he came to understand the true meaning of courage.
