I never really watch this show or know what its about, but somebody wrote a bit about it in the comments section a while back, so I thought I’d post it since I saw this new episode pre today. Shows like this make me hungry even if I just ate, so I try to stay away from them 
The chefs are challenged to create a modern twist to a leafy dish. Also, the group is challenged to give an unhealthy meal a healthy twist.
